Demonstration prototype. Tree locations, crown outlines, latest greenness (NDVI) and carbon are measured from real sub-meter Maxar imagery(~0.46 m, multispectral, via SkyFi) using NDVI + multi-scale blob detection. Multi-year history, species and growth are modelled for this MVP; CO₂ values are crown-allometry estimates, not issued credits. No payments are processed — see MVP-PLAN.md.
